My Teacher, My Hero

You know guys, we must always say thank you to God. We are so lucky for having many people surrounds us that we can always rely on. In our house, we have our mother whom we knew that developed and gave name to us. Of course, in school also, the teachers. Teachers, who are always at our side to make us happy, they are not only teaching us lessons but help us do our responsibility as a young Filipino citizen. If the youth are the hopes of our country, teachers are the main source of inspiration for the next generation. We have lots of thinks we should thank of. Even though, they are very strict during class hours, but they become definitely good friend to us. That’s their way of teaching. I know that each of us has our favorite teachers. Do you want to know who I like?

          The teacher I like the most is Mr. Emilio P. Herrera Jr. We knew each other very well because he was my teacher when I was a nursery student. When I’m joining some Intellectual contest when I was in elementary, he became my tutor also and I always won. He became my adviser when I am in grade V until Grade 6. He studied also here in Cavite National science High School. I like the way he taught us. Even the deepest word and pronunciation during English class, he always do something to improve it. He’s always joking and honestly, he’s the best and most responsible male teacher I’ve ever met. We also have some similarities like he loves plants, clean surroundings and Mathematics. And the most important attitude I liked from him. Being a considerable person, he also gives you what you give to him. If you did great, he will give you incentives that can develop you more.

By this day on, he’s still supporting me. He’s helping me when I approach him. I can still see the sincerity on him. That’s why now I’m a third year student already, I’m hoping for even a one day reunion. I want to enjoy and bring back happy moments with my most amazing teacher. Even though he doesn’t have wings to fly, I can say that he have the only skill that even a hero can’t have. Being a hero that can share his knowledge and creates the student future.
